Building Belonging in the WordPress Community with Kathy Drewien
Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider.
Superman was rocketed to Earth moments before Krypton’s destruction.
Bruce Wayne was shocked to see a mugger murder his parents.
Matt Mullenweg and Mike Little decided to build a new platform on top of b2/cafelog.
These stories have two things in common–something happened and a choice was made. A choice that created strong communities and changed lives. Today we’ll explore WordPress origin stories, how the community of WordPress can foster a sense of belonging, and the special power you possess.
